USLEAP 20th Anniversary!

April 9, 2007

USLEAP was founded in New York City as the U.S./Guatemala Labor Education Project in 1987, making this year the organization's 20th Anniversary.

USLEAP will be preparing a 20th Anniversary booklet this summer to summarize the organization's life to date. Anniversary events will be held later this year in different areas of the country, including Chicago and Washington, DC. Watch for details in the next newsletter.

With your support, USLEAP will celebrate the work of 20 years and commemorate the many lives of workers who have been and continue to be persecuted, threatened, and murdered in their fight for worker justice and dignity in Latin America.

2012 Mother’s Day Cards Now Available

Send your mother, or the mother of your choice, a Mother's Day card featuring flower workers in Colombia and make a contribution to support USLEAP's work to support working mothers in Latin America.
